interloper

if I liked people

winter could get lonely

reading science-fiction

novels where salt becomes

as scarce from shorter

exposures to light

setting the table resembles

refolding a map to me

on the roof there’s tar & other

geologies exile

concrete busted for rock

& guts

a nest instead of thread

rickets where shingles

the moon

someone smacks perch

against a porch beam
